Genevieve Rainbow Tulip Dress (sz 16-26)

This incredibly sweet patterned dress from French designer Bella Blue comprises of rainbows, cars and other random designs. Every time you look, you see something different. This soft fabric dress has a bit of stretch to it and comfortable, long sleeves with a hint of a balloon style and follows down to knee length into a tulip shape.
